In order to be Certified Angus Beef ®, Steak must comply with 10 quality standards regarding marbling, maturity, sizing, appearance and tenderness, making it more selective than USDA Choice and Prime.

This C.A.B. Ribeye is rich, tender, juicy and full-flavored, with generous marbling throughout. By cooking with sous vide technique, the meat’s flavor and juices are all maintained with in the steak, ensure its tenderness and juiciness.

Please completely defrost and follow the instructions below:

1. Open package and take steak out.
2. Dry steak with kitchen paper towel.
3. Take herbs out from the package and place aside with butter for later use.
4. Heat pan in high flame with oil until hot and a little white smoke is produced.
5. Put steak into the pan and sear for 1 to 1.5 minutes.
6. Flip the steak and add butter and herbs next to it. You may also add garlic according to your taste.
7. Baste melted butter onto the steak while searing for another 1 to 1.5 minutes until steak is golden.
8. Your steak is ready to be served!

*For the best dining experience, it is recommended to enjoy with one of our homemade sauces. You may also enjoy with salt/wasabi/lemon/mustard according to personal preferences.
