After 24 hours sous vide, the oxtail has a soft and gelatinous refined texture whilst the vegetables have fully absorbed the marrow filled sauce and the dish becomes a real delight for your taste buds. The red wine sauce is prepared from a wide selection of condiments, including salt, black pepper corn, thyme, rosemary, tarragon, shallots, carrot, celery, onion, red wine and oil to create powerful flavours.

Please completely defrost and follow the instructions below:
1. Boil water to 100 Degrees Celsius.
2. Turn off the flame. Put the pack into hot water and make sure the water covers all of the meat within the pack.
3. Let sit for 15 minutes. Keep pot lid off.
4. Take product out of the water and open the bag to serve.
